Role Overview
As a Multi Drop Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for collecting and delivering a wide range of goods — including parcels, business consignments, and time-sensitive materials — across our UK service areas. You’ll ensure every delivery is completed safely, accurately, and on time, providing outstanding service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and organise parcels into the delivery van, planning efficient routes.
- Follow delivery instructions and ensure timely, accurate drop-offs.
- Use handheld devices and GPS systems to navigate and record deliveries.
- Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Adhere to road safety and company compliance standards.
- Assist with vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a multi-drop delivery driver.
- Strong time management and route planning skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting parcels safely.
- Good communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required.
